Sinopsis
Trastorno por Déficit de Atención (ADD), ahora clasificado clínicamente bajo Trastorno por Déficit de Atención/Hiperactividad (ADHD – tipo inatento), es un trastorno del neurodesarrollo caracterizado principalmente por inatención, desorganización, y dificultad para mantener la concentración, sin hiperactividad o impulsividad prominentes. Aunque ADHD es el término médico más amplio, ADD se refiere específicamente a individuos cuyos principales desafíos involucran concentración, memoria, y finalización de tareas, en lugar de comportamientos hiperactivos.
El ADD puede afectar tanto a niños como a adultos.
