Sinopsis

Amenorrea es la ausencia de períodos menstruales durante los años reproductivos (generalmente entre las edades de 15–49). Se clasifica como amenorrea primaria (cuando la menstruación no ha comenzado a los 15 años) o amenorrea secundaria (cuando la menstruación se detiene durante tres o más ciclos consecutivos en una mujer que previamente tenía períodos regulares).
