Magnesium Complex

I feel like this magnesium complex is helping me sleep better at night.

I buy it for my mom bc it helps her nerves, helps her on her constipation, helps her sleep so from 1-5 I give it a 5 ??

We went out of town for a few days and in the middle of the night I woke up with pain on my right side; I have never experienced that in my life. I was ready to wake up my husband and say please take me to emergency. I was so fortunate because the couple we had gone away with had magnesium complex and she said take two of these capsules and you will see the pain subside. I was so amazed at the pain started to subside and my body started to calm down. Today magnesium complex is my daily supplement. It is my understanding that as we get older our bodies loose magnesium and therefore we need to supplement our bodies with magnesium. Of course like everyone when I returned home I went to a medical doctor and a ultrasound I was scheduled. The ultrasound showed nothing and nothing was found. I did explain to my medical doctor that I was taking magnesium and she was very supportive. I truly appreciate my dear friend who had magnesium complex from Nature Sunshine with her. Now magnesium complex is my daily supplement.

It has helped some with my nighttime leg cramps. I keep seeing advertisements for Magnesium Glycinate, would that be better. Would appreciate your opinion.
