Sinopsis

Remedio 6
Probiotic & Prebiotic Foods: Poor gut health may trigger or worsen rosacea symptoms, and a diet rich in probiotics and prebiotics promotes a healthier gut environment that can improve the skin condition. Include fermented foods like yogurt and kefir (sources of beneficial bacteria) and high-fiber prebiotic foods daily to support the gut-skin connection.
Remedio 7
Stress Reduction Practices: Stress is a well-known rosacea trigger, often causing flushing, redness, and inflammatory flare-ups. Practice regular stress-reduction techniques such as gentle yoga, meditation, or deep-breathing exercises to keep stress hormones in check—avoiding overheating activities like hot yoga.
Remedio 8
Licorice Root Extract (Topical): Licorice root contains active compounds including glycyrrhizin and flavonoids with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that reduce redness and calm the skin. Apply a skincare product containing licorice extract to affected areas to help address discoloration and flushing associated with rosacea.
Remedio 9
Sun Protection with Mineral Sunscreen: Sun exposure is one of the most common and consistent triggers for rosacea flare-ups year-round. Apply a broad-spectrum mineral sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily, seek shade during peak UV hours, and wear a wide-brim hat to physically shield sensitive facial skin from UV rays.
Remedio 10
Cool Water Compresses & Gentle Skin Routine: Heat—including hot water, saunas, and hot showers—can trigger flushing and aggravate rosacea. Use cool or lukewarm water when cleansing, apply a cool damp cloth to the face during flares for immediate relief, and use only gentle fingertip motions to wash—avoiding washcloths, scrubbing, or harsh exfoliation that can weaken the skin barrier.
