Normally I can drink most anything if I Have to, or know that it's "good for" me, (even if I have to hold my nose). I was very disappointed with this liquid vitamin as it was quite unpalatable.

I take my VitaWave each morning. I shake it up and take two tablespoons. It does help me with energy and keeps me energized through the day. I get the liquid vitamins because they get into your blood stream faster. It has your full amounts of the daily vitamins you need especially the vitamin B's. This is one of the best vitamins I've ever found. It’s complete with everything you need plus has a fair amount of biotin for hair and nails. I have to take it after eating something significant bc it can make my stomach hurt if it’s empty. I also began with half the suggested amount and worked my way up to the full dose. It does make an impact on how I feel.
