Somehow I only have time to use Power Greens once a day because of the warning of not taking it too late in the day because of caffiene content. I don't normally consume caffiene, and as I was only taking Edge once a day am not sure I can fairly rate its effects. I do not feel it enhanced my energy or relieved any anxiety or depression, nor did I have any improvement or change in boosting memory after 2 months. The powder is so fine I couldn't help but breathe some of it when mixing it which was unpleasant. Directions say to drink quickly to make the most of the caffiene, I found that was hard to do----directions should have said "to drink within "x" minutes to be more clear. It was too sweet and cloying in flavor, felt I was drinking pop rather than something healthy. Would not buy it again as it did not meet my hopes and expections. I have an unopened box which I do want to return. Finally, I think the product is highly overpriced and am disappointed it seems to require the addition of caffiene to make it work.

So far I really like the way I have been feeling since I started taking them I feel better. My body was needing the greens. I don't have time to fix enough greens for my body to function well. So easy to mix the Power Greens in water and take the drink on the go. Love them. Thank you.
