I love nature sunshine products because not only are they natural and safe but I know they'll be effective. I love their prenatal supplements because you only need to take one. Some other brands require you to take multiple capsules. The nature sunshine prenatal capsules are also fragrance free. Other brands that I have tried have a terrible odor which is difficult for a pregnant woman to stomach.

This is my first time taking prentals and my first baby. I like the quantity and the price. I like that they don’t have a harsh taste. Mostly I like the all the natural ingredients and the benifits of the vitamins.

I have been using this prenatal for about five years. I have gone through two pregnancies with it and a ton of nursing. I love the amount of folate in it. It can be difficult to swallow for someone like me who has trouble with large pills that are not capsules. In that case I recommend a thick juice to help get it down. It is affordable compared to all of the prenatal gummies out there, which require 2 or 3 for each dose. I love this and I will keep getting it, until I am done nursing!
