This is my go to when I either start feeling like I am getting a cold, or when I simply feel like I am run down and susceptible to illness. I keep packets in my purse and when I start to feel like I am getting sick I dissolve in water and drink. When I want to have a general boost to my immune system I dissolve one in my 32 ounce water bottle and drink it throughout the day. When I am feeling like a cold is about to hit hard, I use this, plus a teaspoon of silver. That normally takes care of it. I never let myself run out of Solstic Immune. I love it!
