I like that it has Dandelion root, Kelp, Uva Ursi, Parsley leaf, Dong Quai, Marshmallow root, Licorice root, Thyme, Zinc, A,C,E, Potassium. Oh yes, Black Walnut Hulls which help rid you of parasites if you think you might have picked some up - I was looking for this after a trip to Mexico for my niece's wedding & ended up with some stomach problems.

I switched to this years ago in trying to find a cheaper vitamin to help with my adrenal fatigue. This one works great! When my adrenals are shot I take 4 pills for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do this everyday until I start to burp up the taste of the vitamins (sounds weird but that's how my body lets me know to reduce the amount). Then I'll reduce it to 3 pills for breakfast, lunch, and dinner until I burp up the flavor again. I continue this until I'm back to sleeping normal. For the price I absolutely encourage everyone to try it!
