Chen pi, or dried tangerine peel, is primarily used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to support the respiratory and digestive systems. Historically, chen pi has been prescribed to "regulate qi," "dry dampness," and "transform phlegm," which is relevant to the Lung system in TCM theory because excessive phlegm and impaired qi movement are thought to disrupt healthy lung function.
