Fern-leaf yarrow (Achillea filipendulina) is primarily used to support or treat abdominal pain based on traditional and folk medicine practices rather than robust scientific evidence. In various herbal traditions, especially in parts of Europe and Asia, yarrow species have been used for gastrointestinal complaints such as stomach cramps, mild abdominal pain, and indigestion.
