Nature's Sunshine Vitamin C, Citrus Bioflavonoids provides protection from free radicals. Bioflavonoids are natural compounds that contain vital nutrients. Vitamin C, Citrus Bioflavonoids blends 50 mg each of bioflavonoids from lemon, orange, grapefruit along with hesperidin complex, rutin, and rose hips extract. Each capsule, made with no starch, sugar, artificial flavors or colors, provides 835 percent of the daily value or 500 mg of Vitamin C.

I have found this to be the best vitamin C for me. I prefer to take two a day instead of one 1000 mg. It is much easier on my system and I think the citrus Bioflavonoids are beneficial to the immune system.

I take this along with other vitamins. I believe this helps guard against the viruses. I, also, believe Perfect Eyes is very good for me. My eye doctor tells me each time I go to keep taking my vitamins. I have shown her what I take.
