I love this product so so much. I started taking it during my pregnancy because pills were so difficult to keep down. Since then I've never gone without it in my cupboard! It taste great over ice on a nice warm day. Anytime I start to feel a little bug coming on and I'll take it for a couple days and it helps my body fight it off before I get sick.
