I have used Para-cleanse for years (since the 90's), on the advice of my chiropractor, as I love my sushi and dogs. He said I should do it at least once a year. Keeps me clean on the inside, makes my body feel light and clear. My brother was hospitalised from an acute parasite infection he got in Africa, I recommended Para-Cleanse to him because it works great for me, he was putting critters in jars it worked so well. He did 2 waves, 10 days on, 10 days off but kept the diet, 10 days on again. He went on to be a champion bodybuilder. I have tried others but always come back to Para-Cleanse.
