What is Nature's Harvest?
Nature's Harvest is a nutrient-dense beverage mix from Nature's Sunshine that blends whole foods, greens, vegetable proteins, and other wholesome ingredients into one convenient shake. Each serving provides 13 grams of vegetable protein along with 75 percent of the daily value for 18 essential nutrients, plus fiber, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. It's a vegan, dairy-free, lactose-free, and gluten-free formula designed to promote intestinal and circulatory health.
What are the key active ingredients in Nature's Harvest?
Nature's Harvest features beta-glucan, which may help support gut microbiome health and healthy circulation, along with chromium to support blood sugar balance and metabolism. It also includes MCT (medium chain triglycerides), which are a readily available source of energy. Beyond these key actives, the formula provides a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals including vitamins A, C, D, B6, B12, zinc, selenium, iron, and more.
How do I prepare Nature's Harvest?
Mix two level scoops of powder (31 grams) in approximately 8 oz. of water, or adjust to taste, then shake vigorously and enjoy. Each 450-gram container provides about 15 servings.
Who is Nature's Harvest best suited for?
Nature's Harvest is a great fit for anyone looking for a convenient, plant-based meal replacement or nutrient boost—especially those following a vegan, dairy-free, or gluten-free lifestyle. It supports energy, healthy weight management, circulation, and digestive health, making it a versatile choice for busy adults. As always, anyone who is pregnant, nursing, or taking medication should consult their healthcare provider before use.
How does Nature's Harvest compare to other similar products?
Nature's Harvest stands out as a comprehensive, vegan meal replacement with 13 grams of vegetable protein, a broad vitamin and mineral profile, and key actives like beta-glucan and MCTs all in one formula. By comparison, AIVIA Whey Protein is a whey-based protein option, AIVIA MCT Powder focuses specifically on MCTs, and Power Greens Pouch concentrates on greens. Stixated and MetaboMax Free serve different roles in energy and metabolism support. Nature's Harvest brings many of these benefits together into a single, well-rounded shake.

Finally found something that promotes natural bowel movements and good health at the same time. I have struggled with constipation all my life and forced to take drastic measures at times to unblock myself. I now have the natural urge to go since taking this product and thank my sister who has the same problem for turning me on to it.
