Broccoli (Brassica oleracea) is not traditionally used in herbal medicine to specifically support kidney health, but there is some scientific research suggesting it may have beneficial effects on the kidneys, though the evidence is limited and not conclusive. Broccoli is rich in antioxidants, particularly sulforaphane, which has been studied for its potential to reduce oxidative stress and inflammation.
