How it works

1. Schedule your blood draw at a local lab or draw site using the provided instructions and requisition form.

3. Receive your comprehensive results in approximately 5-7 business days showing your individual sensitivity levels to 96 different foods.

The 96 Food Sensitivity Panel measures IgG antibody reactions to common foods in your diet. This test identifies delayed food sensitivities that can contribute to digestive issues, inflammation, and other health concerns that may not show up in traditional IgE allergy testing.

What you can expect

The 96 Food Sensitivity Panel provides comprehensive analysis of your immune system's IgG antibody response to 96 common foods across multiple categories including meats, dairy, grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and spices. Results are classified into four sensitivity levels (Class 0-3) from no sensitivity detected to high sensitivity detected, helping you identify which foods may be contributing to chronic symptoms. This delayed-reaction food sensitivity testing differs from immediate IgE allergy testing and can reveal hidden food triggers that cause symptoms hours or days after consumption. The detailed report provides actionable insights to help you create a personalized elimination diet, reduce inflammation, and optimize your overall health by avoiding or rotating problematic foods while maintaining nutritional balance.
