Fish protein is scientifically supported as beneficial for the structural system, which encompasses bones, muscles, and connective tissues. Fish protein is a high-quality, complete protein source containing all essential amino acids necessary for muscle repair and bone health. Several studies have demonstrated that dietary fish protein, in addition to being rich in amino acids, often contains bioactive peptides and is associated with increased calcium absorption and bone mineral density.
