While local traditions often recommend baobab for restoring strength and energy, especially during times of illness or after pregnancy, the scientific evidence specifically linking baobab to increased energy or reduced fatigue is limited. Some studies indicate that the high vitamin C content may contribute to reduced tiredness, as vitamin C is essential for energy production and optimal metabolic function.
