Brown rice protein contains all essential amino acids, though it is somewhat lower in lysine compared to animal-derived proteins. However, its overall amino acid profile still supports muscle protein synthesis. Additionally, brown rice protein is hypoallergenic and suitable for individuals with dairy or soy allergies, making it an inclusive option.
