Recommended use
Adults and children 2 years of age and older: massage lotion onto affected area not more than 3 to 4 times per day. Consult a physician before applying to children under 2 years of age.

This pure, paraben-free formula is enhanced with arnica flower extract and ginger root oil. Tei Fu Massage Lotion combines these unique essential oils with rich emollients for next-level effectiveness both before and after physical activity. "I have used Tei Fu lotion for more than a year, for any muscle ache, pain or muscle cramping. It only takes a small amount, about the size of a dime, for an entire area so it is very cost effective. The lotion works fast to eliminate the pain, relax muscle tension and lasts as much as 8 hours or more! The smell is clean and fresh as well. As a nurse, I carry a tube with me to use after long work shifts on sore muscles. In my opinion, this is better than any "cooling" product on the market.
