How it works
Nature's Sunshine designed the LBS II® formula, which includes licorice root, cascara sagrada, and buckthorn among other herbs, to help the body regulate the gentle passage of waste products. The fiber included in the LBS II formula help cleanse the digestive system, and capsicum and ginger soothe the bowels. We have ordered this product in the past with good results. We ordered 3 bottles this past order but they haven't been effective in the slightest. Not sure what they changed but it's not for the better.
