This is by far the best source of an iron supplement. Anyone suffering from anemia can benefit from this as opposed to a doctor's prescription. This is something your body wants & needs without having to worry about constipation. I've been taking this for years. I just used it on my brother & husband for anemia & both recovered nicely and their color looks good. Highly recommended.
