Recommended use
Take the contents of one cleanse drink packet 15–30 minutes before breakfast and again 15–30 minutes before dinner. Take the contents of 1 capsule packet with breakfast and dinner (twice daily). Mix cleanse packet powder in 8 oz. juice or water. Shake, blend or stir vigorously. Drink immediately. Drink an additional glass of water immediately following this. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

My husband and I have tried several cleanse kits over the years. They discontinued our favorite a few years ago, so we’ve been bouncing around trying different brands. Think I found our new “go to.” Protocol was simple and easy to follow. Apple cinnamon flavor was pleasant. Grew to love the fiber packet first thing in the morning. Definitely took up space in my tummy and kept me from over-eating or snacking out of boredom. The results were strong enough that I definitely knew it was working (using the restroom multiple times daily) but gentle enough that it never felt urgent, like I should be afraid to leave my house. Some days were more intense/ uncomfortable than others, but mostly I felt great. At the end of two weeks, I’m definitely feeling lighter and less bloated. Will purchase again!

I've been using this product for over 10 years !! It's the best! I feel it's safe to use it cleanses my insides, no more bloating! I feel clean and healthy! O do this about every 2 to 3 months or just when I feel bogged down not eating right. My go to thing yo get me on track! I only use the wild berry.
