How it works

Back in the Spring of 2022 I was really struggling with para menopause symptoms (mainly severe hot flashes). I took this product then, and it really helped. When it was out of stock, I began to cycle back into some severe hot flashes. I tried other products and nothing seemed to work. After I started back on this product, by the Grace of God, the hot flashes dialed back in intensity and frequency VERY quickly (within a few weeks), and I am only taking half of the recommend dose (3 pills a day). Very thankful!
