I have been using this product for over four years and it is one of the best multiple vitamins that I have ever taken. I believe that we absorb vitamins better when they are in liquid form. I like the taste of it too.

I love this product so so much. I started taking it during my pregnancy because pills were so difficult to keep down. Since then I've never gone without it in my cupboard! It taste great over ice on a nice warm day. Anytime I start to feel a little bug coming on and I'll take it for a couple days and it helps my body fight it off before I get sick. I highly recommend this as a daily vitamin and an immune booster.
