I have been using Nutri-Calm for 15 years. I have pretty bad stress and anxiety so much so, that I don't sleep well at all. I take two tablets about and hour and a half before I want to go to sleep and start yawning around an hour in. Once I lay down, I go to sleep within ten minutes. It is a life saver! Also, Caring Sunshine is the best company to get your Nature's Sunshine products and the really do care about their customers. I always get emails with good deals from them too!
