Be patient and take it 14 days after your first day of menstruation. Keep taking it until you begin menstruating again. Do this faithfully each day at the same time. Do it faithfully for several months. Reduce your caffeine. Watch your body thank you. Helps with balancing progesterone, estrogen, etc. Helped improve and alleviate PMS symptons, shortened my period length, regulates flow, helps increase fertility etc. etc. etc. This stuff is worth every penny.
