How it works
Nature's Sunshine Stress Relief TCM Concentrate, Chinese contains the same herbs found in Chinese Stress Relief but in a highly concentrated blend. This combination of 14 herbs and natural substances is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to support emotional balance and calm a stressed fire constitution. The Chinese call this formula an shen, which can be translated to mean "to pacify the spirit." These herbs may help to nourish the nervous system and subsequently help improve gastric function and strengthen the urinary system. Its primary nutrients--polygonatum, oyster shell, haliotis shell and fushen--may help support both mental function and the cardiovascular system.

Hello Everyone I am not one to write reviews but this feeling I need to share. I knew I needed something I was becoming unnerved. I have always been able to handle my stress levels but suddenly I could not. It was making me more of everything I knew I wasn’t and it was hurtful every time I had a melt down. I knew I needed help and I was not going on traditional meds that fix one thing and break another. I prayed and I ordered Stress Relief. I am so happy I did and now I have just about finished this bottle but it did not take long at all to kick in. Now I am more of what I know I am. I am handling my days so much better.
