I highly recommend 5W! Get it if you are pregnant and use the last 5 weeks. I have had 6 births, most at home, without any pain medication. All my births I have had back labor which is extremely painful. My 4th baby’s midwife recommended this and it definitely helped, especially with transition ... I actually talked all the way through it which is a total miracle for me! So I used it for the last two births as well. A midwife at my 6th birth told me to sing praises to the Lord Jesus during contractions and this was the best birth ... felt like I was going “above” the pain instead of going through it and the labor was much faster than any of the previous.
