This will definitely make you lose weight but I could only take one pill per day otherwise I was cramping and running to the bathroom multiple times throughout the day which isn’t sustainable. It was actually kind of miserable. I’m not sure if it flushes your system and then you get used to it but my body didn’t seem to be getting used to it so I stopped taking it.
