"I have used Tei Fu lotion for more than a year, for any muscle ache, pain or muscle cramping. It only takes a small amount, about the size of a dime, for an entire area so it is very cost effective. The lotion works fast to eliminate the pain, relax muscle tension and lasts as much as 8 hours or more! The smell is clean and fresh as well. As a nurse, I carry a tube with me to use after long work shifts on sore muscles. In my opinion, this is better than any "cooling" product on the market.
