I have been constipated for a while and decided to do a detox using the Small Intestine Detox, Bowel Detox, Aloe Vera Juice, Lower Bowel Stimulator and psyllium. The results have been amazing. I am going 2-4 times a day and really cleaning out what's been clogged up. I highly recommend!!!!
