How it works
Nature's Sunshine HistaBlock® nourishes the respiratory system and fights off irritants and pollutants to maintain respiratory health. The over the counter allergy medicine would make me feel tired and sleepy. I’m so glad I found this alternative. It works with in the hour for me and doesn’t make me drowsy. Great product!

I was recommended a sister product to the Histablock over 10 years ago. When I went to reorder for this year, I saw a product called Histablock and decided to add it to my order to see if it worked. The short answer is YES! It works! The longer answer is that the Seasomal Allergy supplement (Formerly ALJ) worked well on its own, but never really broke up thr nasal congestion, in my opinion. The Histablock does break up the congestion. Since taking the Histablock my sinuses are much clearer and I am not nearly as congested as before. I feel it has improved my ability to breath through my nose and kept my airways clear. Would I recommend this product? Yes. Without hesitation. It works.
