This did not help me sleep. In addition, I had a negative reaction to it mentally, emotionally and physically, and had to return it. Thankfully Caring Sunshine is great about taking things back if they don't work.

I find it comparable to nighty night tea with valerian that I buy at Walmart. I have taken one herbal sleep with the tea to help. What really helps is my husband taking snore ease. If he does not take it I know.
