I started taking this consistently about 2 weeks ago, and I do notice my numbness in my hands when sleeping has gotten a little better. I had trouble with chest/heart pain before I started taking this. I take it twice a day. On the rare occasions I run out or do not take it for a couple of days, the alarming pains start again. This is a great product. I am 68 years old. I much prefer this to going the industrial pharmo/chemical or surgery route.
