How it works
DHEA-M (for males) provides an essential hormone precursor to the body. Dehydroepiandrosterone, or DHEA, is produced by the adrenal gland, and, as the body ages, the adrenal gland decreases production which may play a role in the aging process. After DHEA is produced, it turns into hormones that are essential to many bodily functions.
Nature's Sunshine DHEA is combined with a herbal base of sarsaparilla, saw palmetto, damiana, pumpkin seed and panax ginseng. Each of these herbs provides key nutritional benefits to the male body. Saw palmetto nourishes the prostate, pumpkin seeds encourage proper reproductive health while sarsaparilla, damiana, and panax ginseng are all herbs that support male health.

So I just want to say that this product is extremely effective for energy levels. The only reason I give it a four star instead of a five star is I found out I’m sensitive to Korean ginseng. A little bit too sensitive. So it caused my energy to really really sore but then I had moments of anxiety. I decided to drink some of the Korean ginger tea, and it had the same effect on me, so unless you are not sensitive to this particular herb this will be very effective for you. I am a woman, I am going to go ahead and try the DHEA-F version one.
