So far this is working well, though I’ve only done a week of the cleanse. I’m happy to report that, while I can definitely feel it working, it hasn’t been making me feel sick. I will likely do another full cleanse when this pack is gone.

This product came with no instructions at all. It didn't even provide what one may or may not experience while taking and gave no specific time of day to take the product. I haven't noticed anything in 2 weeks of taking so I don't plan on using again moving forward
