CleanStart - 14 Day Cleanse

CleanStart is a comprehensive two-week cleansing program from Nature's Sunshine designed to help rid the colon of toxins that can affect your overall health. It includes daily drink packets and capsule packets that work together to support your body's natural cleansing processes, boost energy, and promote a sense of well-being. Each day of the program provides 10 grams of fiber to help your digestive system move waste effectively.

The drink packets contain psyllium hulls for fiber, bentonite clay to help absorb toxins, aloe vera juice, chlorophyll, and potassium. The capsule packets include an Enviro-Detox capsule and two LBS II® capsules featuring herbs like cascara sagrada and buckthorn bark to promote waste elimination, ginger and licorice root to support digestive comfort, dandelion and milk thistle to support liver health, and bacillus coagulans to support gut microbiome health.

Take the contents of one cleanse drink packet 15–30 minutes before breakfast and again 15–30 minutes before dinner by mixing the powder in 8 oz. of juice or water — shake, blend, or stir vigorously and drink immediately. Follow each drink with an additional glass of water. Take the contents of one capsule packet with breakfast and again with dinner. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day to support the cleansing process.

CleanStart is well-suited for adults looking for a structured, short-term cleanse to support their digestive system, colon health, and overall energy levels. It may be especially helpful for those dealing with occasional constipation or looking for whole-body cleansing support. If you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, it's always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider before starting any cleanse.

If you'd prefer something gentler, CleanStart Mild is the same 14-day format with a milder formula. For a longer program, Detox Basics offers a 30-day approach, while Tiao He Cleanse comes in 30 packets and draws on traditional Chinese herbal principles. Dieter's Cleanse provides two separate 7-day cleanse programs, and Bowel Detox in capsule form focuses specifically on bowel support. CleanStart stands out as a well-rounded two-week program that combines fiber, herbs, and probiotics for a thorough cleanse.
