Candida Clear works to balance Candida albicans overgrowth. This 14-day cleansing program contains the Candida Clear Combo pack and the Candida Clear Enzyme pack. If there is any product (and diet to follow) that aids in killing candida, renews your energy, and assists in weight loss, THIS. IS. IT! I have done this program twice now. Its not for the faint at heart because you are on a strict diet - basically meat and veggies and only frozen berries to kill the candida (take probiotics in the evening as well) If you purchase this product, you're spending a bit to invest in your health--so this kind of money, please stick with the diet, even though it's strict. There are certain foods you would think are okay but are really off limits (ie: most fruits, vinegar, dairy....) Details on the diet plan is found in a booklet called "Is Candida Sabotaging Your Health?: The 7 Step Candida Solution " by Laurence Smith and C. Norman Shealy M.D. which can be found on Amazon. I highly recommend because it maps out the diet to the T and answers questions you may have. Not only did this program help kill my candida after 6 weeks, I regained my health, and lost 10 pounds in just 3 weeks time (no xercise). I didnt really have weight to loose to begin with but it was a nice bonus! :) I have read that its hard to get rid of heavy metals when you have candida. So detox from the candida and afterward, do a heavy metal cleanse.

Given the detrimental effects of candida, this product should be a part of anyone’s diet who tends to have even slightly high intakes of gluten, refined sugar, and/or alcohol. You’ll notice a difference, but you’ll get the best benefit by using the product for at least two months. Candida Clear is especially important to use during the holidays or times of stress when people tend to consume more gluten, refined sugars and/or alcohol. I highly recommend this product even if the price seems high.
