    AdaptaMax is a good product, and I think most take it for thyroid issues which I do not have. I take it for adrenal fatigue. I cannot predict what it would do for another person. If I were to miss one or two days, I would not know by the way I feel. I can only verify that when I have tried to go without it for 4-7 days, my system lets me know as I succumb to the impact of AF.
