This, in turn, supports joint, skin, brain and gut health as well as immune system function. One serving of Turmeric Curcumin is equivalent to 32,000 mg of whole root turmeric. Nature’s Sunshine Turmeric Curcumin is clinically studied and proven to deliver superior absorption and effectiveness.

While most competing products deliver high levels of Turmeric and low levels of turmeric extract, Nature’s Sunshine delivers both turmeric root and HIGHER levels of the antioxidant-rich turmeric extract. Curcuminoids is the primary active ingredients obtained from the rhizomes of the yellow curry spice turmeric (Curcuma longa L). Curcumin has been safely used for centuries in Indian Ayurvedic medicine. A potent antioxidant, curcumin supports a healthy inflammatory response and may help support joint, skin, brain and gut health as well as immune system function. As an added benefit, we enhanced this formula with black pepper extract. From the Piper nigrum species, black pepper increases the absorption of curcumin. I have chronic Lyme disease and inflammation is a constant battle. This turmeric has helped me so much. At one point, I was late re-ordering and it was then that I realized just HOW MUCH this helps me. After a couple of days without it .... I was in excruciating pain! It finally arrived and within a few hours I had relief again. I can’t say enough good things especially if you know inflammation is a source of your pain.

I was nervous to buy this because it’s kinda pricey, but I did and it helps. I have chronic pain and went to the chiropractor probably 3-4 times a month. It’s been almost a year and haven’t been to the chiropractor once. I still have some pain but it’s manageable, like I don’t need to take pain medication manageable.
