Recommended use
Essential oils may be used aromatically or topically in a variety of ways, including diffusers, massage, compresses, baths, scrubs, lotions and sprays. Essential oils should be diluted with Nature’s Sunshine Massage Oil or Carrier Oil before being applied topically.

How it works
Nature's Sunshine Tei-Fu® Soothing Blend Essential Oil features menthol, camphor, wintergreen, eucalyptus, lavender, and clove oils. Tei-Fu encourages relaxation and helps to sooth and cool. Dilute with Nature's Sunshine Carrier or Massage Oil and apply topically to muscles after exercise or when needed. Tei-Fu can also be combined with Nature's Sunshine Golden Salve to make a soothing balm.

I have used Tei-Fu oil for well over 30 years. Whenever anyone in my household gets a chest cold I rub a little on their chest. Immediately they can feel the relief and breathe easier. I pair this with Seasonal Allergy (formerly ALJ) and it works better than Mucinex and Vicks not to mention it's all natural! I'm not a medical professional of any sorts and I'm not suggesting you do what works for me. But this Tei-Fu Soothing Blend is much cheaper and you get like 3x as much as you get from the traditional small bottle of Tei-Fu oil. It is the same exact stuff. I love it and I won't go through a winter or allergy season without it! Well all have asthma in my house and Seasonal Allergy and Tei-Fu are a must!
