How it works
Hypericin and hyperforin, two key constituents of St. John's Wort, both promote emotional balance and a sense of well being, as well as encouraging positivity and healthy motivation. Nature's Sunshine time release formula allows the body to experience a consistent supply of St. John's Wort, helping to maintain emotional balance throughout the day. Each capsule is 450 mg of St. John's Wort extract powder.
CAUTION: Avoid exposure to strong sunshine, tanning rays, or tanning salons when taking St. John's Wort. Sunglasses are encouraged when exposure to sunlight is necessary. The time released St Johns Wort seems to help with the stress and anxiety of every day life in this crazy world of ours. At least it seems to work for me and don’t we all need a way to ease that stress ?. I will continue taking the NSP brand because I trust them the most!

I’m just amazed how well this works. My only regret is that I waited this long to finally give St.John Wort a try for my long on going depression and anxiety. I take this along with the Passion flower, and the Ashwagandha. I rotate them morning and evening. It took about a week for it to start kicking in, build up in my system. I take it along with my depression medication. It helped when my medication just was not enough, and I didn’t want to increase my medication for nasty side effects, like brain fog. These herbs are food for the brain. I notice the longer I keep using it, the better I am feeling. I literally was able to come off my medication, that just made me tired! What a difference in my anxiety, I am so much better! And I am getting things done, not tired dragging to get through the day. I added Adrenal Support from Ridgecrest Herbals, to address all my health issues, and is working together for me. I am never ever disappointed with Nature Sunshine, a real blessing for my family.???
