How to Take Magnesium Complex

Take 2 capsules twice daily with a meal. Each bottle contains 100 capsules.

Two capsules provide 184 mg of Magnesium from both citrate and malate forms. For reference, the Recommended Dietary Allowance for Magnesium is 400–420 mg/day for adult men and 310–320 mg/day for adult women.

Magnesium supplements are generally well tolerated. The most common side effects β€” which tend to occur at higher doses β€” include softening of stool, nausea, or cramping.
