As far back as I can remember as a very young child until my early 20s, I had major outbreaks on my lips. When I was pregnant with my first child, the neighborhood pharmacy was like a clinic also because Mr. John knew so much about herbs and medicine. I did have an outbreak on my lips, and Mr. John said that if I’m not pregnant that I can take l-lysine and it would control it I was pregnant so I couldn’t take it but after nursing my child was over, my next outbreak on my lips, I remembered what he said. Every time I felt a tingle I would take a lysine and it would go away. later on in life I learned about Behcets Syndrome and realized that’s what I have. Getting angry being nervous high stress, anxiety brings out the outburst and outbreaks. It is not just a lip thing. It matters the quality of l-lysine Because there are others out there that do not come close to controlling my outbrakes. I am 59 years old. Trust me when I tell you it’s been tested. I’ve been using nature sunshine since my daughter was born in 1984. She will be 40 years old this year and caring sunshine has been wonderful to me.
