You will receive a test kit in the mail that contains the following:
- Specimen collection kit (saliva)

A followup consult with Dr. Fowl to go over the test results (optional).
Cómo funciona
You will be collecting saliva samples. Once you send in your samples, you will receive your results3-5 days later. At that point, you are welcome to schedule a consult with Dr. Fowl to go over your results.
Please note: For legal reasons, the initial consult with Dr. Fowl is required for this test. Both the initial and followup consults are included in the price of this test.
