I have been using STR-J capsules for years but mistakenly ordered the extract but decided to give it a try. Its very thick and tastes like Robitussin cough syrup to me. I have not tried mixing in any beverage just measure 1/2 tsp and swallow. I do feel the calming effects much faster (within 15-20 minutes) than the capsules but will go back to them once I finish this bottle.

I’m still waiting to see crazy results that it’s helped my son - Bur won’t know till school starts again in September . But so far ( 1.5 wks in ) I’ve noticed a slight difference in his attitude & how he reacts to every day life changes / challenges . He just turned 6 & we farm so it’s a wild life we live !
