I’ve been taking Marshmallow & Fenugreek for over 30 years now. It started when I started a childcare and got bronchitis 3 times in a row and my aerobic teacher told me to try it. The penicillin the doctors gave me worked but then I got it right back. I have not had bronchitis in 30 years now, as soon as I start coughing stuff up I take the Marshmallow & Fenugreek and it clears up quickly!!

Love this Marshmallow & Fenugreek for my upper respiratory issues. I have a compromised immune and seem to pick up things easy. This along with Fenugreek & Thyme has really helped me

I suffer from seasonal allergies waking up with congestion in my nose and throat. I take 2 capsules in the morning which quickly clears it allowing me to talk on my Zoom meetings without need for constant throat clearing.

I've been using this product for over 15-years when I first saw an irodologist and was having severe headaches every spring ~ her 1st protocol was to take pumpkin seed oil (kills bacteria) to make sure it wasn't bacteria. If that didn't work then Marshmallow & Fenugreek and when I asked why she said "it kills crap flying around in the air" She is correct! Will not be without this product in my pantry!

I have always used Fenugreek and Thyme with very good results. I decided to try the Fenugreek and Marshmallow because of the soothing affects of the marshmallow on the lungs, I really love it and it works great to help keep my lungs clear.
