En esta tienda, te costar\u00e1 hasta 2.500 calor\u00edas. En t\u00e9rminos de ejercicio, eso equivale aproximadamente a cinco horas de carrera o a diez horas de caminata.<\/p>\n<p>No puedo probarlo, pero mi opini\u00f3n es que la gente que se \"premia\" a s\u00ed misma despu\u00e9s de un entrenamiento conduce a un gran aumento de peso.<\/p>\n<p>Tenga cuidado. No se pueden superar los batidos con calor\u00edas de cuatro d\u00edgitos.
